The QHCC is made up of various agencies and organizations which collaborate to make needed services more accessible for the people of the Quaboag Hills region in western Massachusetts.

Worcester County: Brookfield, East Brookfield, Hardwick, New Braintree, North Brookfield, Spencer, Warren, West Brookfield

A Brief History

The Quaboag Hills Community Coalition grew out of ongoing collaboration with area agencies which had existed for years. The Quaboag Hills region has pressing community development and community health needs which are complicated by a set of unique geographic and socioeconomic factors. Furthermore, service delivery needs become more problematic because the 15 towns in the Quaboag Hills region are divided among three counties, three state Community Health Network Areas (CHNAs) and are served by different United Way organizations.
