Join us for a Community Health Needs Discussion & share your thoughts.
Every three years hospitals conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) for the area they serve. The Baystate Health Eastern Region assessments are overseen locally by the Baystate Eastern Region Community Benefits Advisory Council, a group of hospital and community representatives charged with guiding the hospital’s community benefits priorities and planning process. The 2016 CHNA is almost complete. Before the report is finalized Baystate Mary Lane Hospital and Baystate Wing Hospital would like to share preliminary findings with the public. Please join us for a Community Listening Session to review the health needs identified through research and help us determine any key health issues that you think we may have missed.
