Ed – redraft the last paragraph of the Todd Smola letter to reflect the fact that some members of the SUTF believe that local approval should stay in place.
Perhaps approval could be done by the board of health or board of selectmen? Who’s determining where it’s needed?
Add to the letter that the SUTF voted to endorse accessible needle exchanges as an evidence-based, proven approach to improving harm reduction services across the state.
