Presentation: Lyn Notzelman, Ware FAmily Center and The Ware Parent Child Home Program
The Parent Child Home Program is an early literacy program that offers weekly home visits to families with a child age 15mo-3 years. PCHP professionals model positive parent-child interactions, and support early literacy. Each child recieves 12 new books and 11 new high-quality toys each year. Since many particpants' only contact with social services is through PCHP, the program offers referrals to other services.

To sign up, visit the CES website or Ware Family Center at 49 Church St. 2nd Floor. Family Center offers a Drop-In Playgroup twice per week and is run by a Parent Advisory Committee. Offers once per month music therapy and a visiting mental health specialist who can answer questions.

QHCC will NOT meet during July and August. Substance use Task Force and other subcomittees will meet during the summer as needed.
